Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the town and ideal for exploring Ballina. The housekeeping staff were incredibly caring, especially towards our little one. Dining was not exceptional, and the meals took longer than expected. The facilities were standard, and the price was fair for the value received.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with convenient amenities, but some areas need updates. The staff is kind and accommodating, although there were lapses in service. The location is ideal for exploring the town, but dining options could be improved.
The hotel rooms were a decent size, clean yet a bit outdated. The bathroom had some issues like cold water round prong plugs and a falling bath panel. Unfortunately, there was no atmosphere at all, so I wouldn't book again or recommend.
